Welcome to PayrollCrafted (PayrollCrafted.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and offerings in the field of Payroll Management Expertise. By accessing our site or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of Services
PayrollCrafted offers specialized payroll management services, licensed digital materials, and selected physical products. Each category is subject to the terms below.
1.1 Payroll Management Services
These include consulting, processing, compliance support, and related tasks delivered by our team of certified professionals.
1.2 Digital Products
These include templates, guides, and training modules in electronic form for download or online access.
1.3 Physical Goods
These include printed guides, manuals, and other tangible items shipped to you.
2. Booking and Access
To engage our service, you must register an account and select a suitable package. Access to digital products is granted upon full settlement of the applicable fee. Physical products are dispatched after confirmation of the order.
3. Refund Policy
At PayrollCrafted, we strive for satisfaction. Our refund policy varies by category:
3.1 Payroll Management Services
- Requests for reimbursement must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days before the scheduled service date.
- If you provide notice within this period, we will fully reimburse your payment or offer rescheduling at no extra charge.
- Requests made less than 5 days before will incur a preparation fee and a reimbursement of 50% of the payment.
- Once a service session has commenced, fees are non-reimbursable, as work has been activated.
3.2 Digital Products
- Digital items may be revoked within 14 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred.
- Once content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is final and no refund will be available.
3.3 Physical Goods
- Requests for defective item reimbursement must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Approved requests will be handled via credit back to the original transaction method, or by replacement shipped at our cost.
- Items to be sent back must be shipped to Bahnhofstrasse 70, 8001 Zurich, Switzerland, with prior authorization.
4. Service Changes and Rescheduling
You may reschedule a service session up to 5 days prior without penalty. Requests after this period may require an administrative charge.
5. Limitation of Liability
PayrollCrafted shall not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our offerings. Our aggregate responsibility is capped at the amount you paid for the service or product in question.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided by PayrollCrafted is protected. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved by courts in Zurich.
